My Bachelorette party was not to be forgotten. I was excited to dress up and go out somewhere nice. I had no idea what was in store for me. I met at Lorena's and from there we drove to the Cheesecake Factory. Where my bride's maids and Aunt Lori, Carol, Grandma and Mom were waiting. As we were waiting for our table Lorena came up to me and said that there was going to be a series of questions throughout the night and every time I missed one I had to put on a piece of a bridal outfit. They didn't tell me that the questions were trick questions. I was fully dressed in my bridal outfit before we left the restaurant. After we left the Cheesecake Factory we headed over to Bern's Steakhouse for dessert.
If you've never been there, go. It's a really cool restaurant. Our table wasn't ready yet so we had to wait in the lobby with people passing me and trying not to laugh. When we sat down the host came up to me and told me he had a crush on me and didn't want me to get married than he started singing a love song to me. If everyone in the restaurant hadn't noticed me before they certainly had now. The funniest thing about it was that he was a flaming gay guy. My sister's had paid him to sing to me. Jerks! Another funny thing I remember was a lady walking by our table stopping and turning around and asking me if I was wearing my wedding dress. I had an over sized thrift store dress on over my other clothes which were showing through my dress. I tried not to laugh when telling her no. I can only imagine what her wedding dress looked like. When we left Bern's we headed back to Lorena's house where Jacob was waiting. He was in big trouble with me because he helped with the trip questions. We arrived with the camera flashing in our faces or should I say my face, and Doug and Jacob laughing. Jacob had a look on his face that expressed his guilt, but he wasn't guilty enough to hold back the laughs. All in all it was a fun night. I was able to get my revenge on Emily with her Bachelorette party. Poor thing!
